Geneva: The World Health Organization (WHO) said on Friday about the global pandemic corona virus, the outbreak of the epidemic is gradually decreasing in the world but there is still a long way to go.
WHO Director General Tedros Ghebius said at the Munich Security Conference (MSC) on Friday, “Yes, we are slowly moving forward in the fight against Corona. Corona cases and deaths from this epidemic are declining. Now we have powerful ways that we could have imagined until a year ago. “
He said, “We now have a toolbox of public health measures but we have to use these tools effectively. We have to use these tools to protect every single country and the most threatened category in the world.” “
The WHO chief stressed that the governments of all countries must unite against this epidemic and ensure that all countries receive the Corona vaccine which is the best way to end the epidemic and save lives.
