NEW DELHI: The fourth phase of lockdown is implemented nationwide to prevent infection of Corona virus, but despite this, cases of Covid-19 continue to increase. The number of corona infects across the country has crossed 1 lakh 45 and it is a matter of concern that more than one lakh cases of this have been reported in the last 3 weeks, while in the last 3 weeks, around 2800 people have died due to this epidemic across the country.

In the fourth lockdown, the government has given many exemptions and after this, cases of corona virus are increasing rapidly. The Union Health Ministry released the data on Tuesday morning, saying that in the last 24 hours, 6 thousand 535 new cases of corona virus have been reported across the country and 146 people have died.

According to the data released by the Union Ministry of Health and Family Welfare on the morning of May 4, 42533 people were infected with the corona virus across the country and 1373 people died. At that time 11706 people across the country were cured of this epidemic and 29453 active cases were present across the country.

In the last one week, 44241 new cases of Corona virus have been reported in the country. After last Tuesday i.e. on May 19, the Ministry had told that 101139 people have been infected with Covid-19 in the country. At the same time 58802 active cases of corona were present in the country, while 39173 patients were discharged after recovering and 3163 people lost their lives.
