Meerut: Corona virus has been confirmed in five people in Meerut today. These people had come in contact with tablighi jamatis, adding these new cases, the total corona positive patients in the district has now increased to 45.
According to the information, 275 samples were tested on Sunday in the Medical Microbiology Lab of which 150 samples were from Meerut. One is Corona positive Jamati from Mundalika, while the other is of Puthakhas.
The areas up to one kilometer will be sealed in the places where these people live. While Shastri Nagar Sector 13 is already sealed. Saharanpur CMO has informed that in addition to Meerut, seven people are corona positive from Saharanpur.
