Meerut: The people of the city of Meerut have become very upset due to the Corona epidemic. Even though the lockdown in the country has ended, Meerut still remains completely closed for two days in a week, despite this, Corona positives are being found continuously. Even today 8 new cases have been found, thus the number of corona infected patients has now reached 489 in Meerut.

According to the bulletin issued from the Health Department, eight cases were found in Meerut today. The total number of infected persons has been 489, out of which 113 are active cases while 344 patients have been treated and discharged. So far, 32 people have died due to the corona epidemic in Meerut.

Of the 8 new cases found today, 6 are male and two are female and all of them are between 17 and 44 years old.
