Lucknow. Covid-19 is causing havoc in the country and the world. By Saturday, more than one lakh 60 thousand 717 people have lost their lives due to this deadly virus. The cases of Uttar Pradesh are also increasing. 107 new cases of covid-19 infection were reported in Uttar Pradesh on Sunday and three more people died from this disease. So far, 959 cases have been reported in the state.
Principal Secretary of Health Department Amit Mohan Prasad said on Sunday that 17 people have died so far due to corona virus infection in the state. The number of deaths till Saturday was 14. Of these 108 patients have been cured and 49 others have lost their lives due to illness. 1050 people have been kept in the Isolation ward and 10234 people have been quarantined. State Principal Secretary (Medical and Health) Amit Mohan Prasad has given this information on Sunday.
