New Delhi: On the corona vaccine, the central government has issued operational guidelines to all state governments and union territories, according to which a maximum of 100 beneficiaries are expected to be vaccinated in one session (one day) at a vaccination site. But if there is sufficient logistics and waiting room, observation room and crowd management facilities at any vaccination site, then another vaccination officer can be added for 200 people in a day. That is, 100 people should be vaccinated in 1 day, but if sufficient resources are available then up to 200 people can be vaccinated.
Apart from this, if more than 200 people are to be vaccinated within a session in any case, then a whole team of 5 people will have to be deployed separately. Which will include one vaccinator officer and four vaccination officers.
The Corona vaccine will be given first to 1 crore health care workers, 2 crore frontline workers and 26 crore people above 50 years of age. After this, the vaccination will be given to 1 crore people below 50 years of age who are suffering from some serious chronic illness.
