Lucknow: 140 more people infected with Covid-19 (COVID-19) have died during the last 24 hours in Uttar Pradesh and 1908 more people have confirmed the infection.
According to the report released by the Health Department on Sunday, 140 more people have been killed in the state during the last 24 hours. With this, the number of people who died of this infection in the state has increased to 20346. During this period, maximum 15 patients died in Gorakhpur, while 12 patients died in Prayagraj and Kushinagar.
During the last 24 hours, 6713 patients also recovered. During this period, the maximum 112 new patients were found in Meerut. Apart from this, 109 in Lucknow, 98 in Gautam Buddha Nagar, 91 in Ghaziabad, 86 in Gorakhpur and 80-80 new patients were reported in Saharanpur and Muzaffarnagar.
At present, 41214 patients of Covid-19 are being treated in the state. During the last 24 hours, 340096 samples were tested in the state. So far, four crore 90 lakh 96 thousand 625 samples have been tested in the state.
