Mumbai: After a decline in the cases of corona virus in Maharashtra, a jump was registered today. In the last 24 hours, 12,207 new cases have been reported here, while 393 people have died. At the same time, 11,449 people have been cured of corona. The State Health Department gave this information on Thursday.

According to the Health Department, after 12,207 new corona cases were reported in the state in the last 24 hours, the total number of infected people has increased to 58,76,087. At the same time, the death toll increased to 1,03,748 due to the death of 393 people. Apart from this, the number of cured people in Maharashtra has increased to 56,08,753 after 11,449 patients became infection free today. At present, there are 1,60,693 active cases in the state. The state recorded a recovery rate of 95.45% and a death rate of 1.77% today.

Significantly, on Wednesday, 10,989 cases were found in the state and 261 people died. Apart from this, 16,379 people had returned home after recovering from Corona.
