In Meerut, a record number of new corona-infected patients appeared again today. In the last 24 hours, more than 16 hundred people have been infected with the Corona virus in the city, while one person has also died.
According to the website covid19india.org, 1681 new corona patients have been registered in Meerut today, thus the total number of Covid patients has now been 33265. At the same time, only one person’s death is reported in the city, thus the total number of dead has now reached 461.
As far as the patients under treatment are concerned, at present, 8469 people are being treated in various Covid hospitals in Meerut while after 24330 patients have been discharged from the hospitals. In the city, 3.1 lakh people have been vaccinated with Corona.
