Meerut: Corona infection again got pace in Meerut and 45 new patients were confirmed. The number of corona infections in Meerut has now reached 1900.
According to the report received from the Health Department, 2215 samples were tested today, out of which 45 reported positive. The number of corona infections in the city has now increased to 1883. Of these, 344 are active cases which are being treated in covid hospitals, while 1453 people have been discharged after recovery.
Today, the Health Department has sent 2532 samples for testing, while 967 reports are yet to come. Till now 77545 tests have been conducted, out of which 74695 reports have come negative.
