New Delhi: To combat the Covid epidemic in India, aid materials have so far been received from 32 countries including 17 oxygen generators, 6771 oxygen concentrators, 9435 cylinders and 4458 ventilators and accessories and about three lakh 97 thousand remdesivir injections.
According to government data UK, Mauritius, Singapore, Russia, United Arab Emirates, Ireland, Romania, USA, Thailand, Germany, France, Belgium, Italy, Australia, Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, Bangladesh, Switzerland, Netherlands, Poland, Denmark, Israel, Austria, Czech Republic, Canada, Japan, Spain, South Korea, Luxembourg etc. has send aid material.
These materials have been received from 27 April till 2 pm on Thursday 13 May. Apart from this, about 300 tonnes of liquid medical oxygen has come from Saudi Arabia, France, Israel etc. 346 concentrators have been purchased by the Indian Air Force from Israel. Apart from these, Spain has provided 260 ambulance devices.
Germany, America, France and Israel have provided oxygen generators to India. France has provided India with eight state-of-the-art oxygen producing plants in the hospital.
