New Delhi: Due to increasing cases of corona infection, now the order has been issued to close the school-college in Delhi, the capital of the country. Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal said that all government and private schools in Delhi will be closed for all classes, till further orders.

Schools in the capital have already been instructed not to conduct offline classes. The Chief Minister has now ordered the schools to be closed for an indefinite period under which students will not be able to call the school even for school practices. The decision has been taken in view of the uncontrollable infection in the state.

As many as 7,437 new cases of corona infection have been registered in Delhi on Thursday 08 April, while 24 patients have also died in the last 24 hours. The state currently has 23,181 active cases. However, more than 83,000 people have been vaccinated in Delhi.
