New Delhi: Corona virus infection has been steadily increasing in Tamil Nadu and the total number of infected people has increased to 5409 after 580 new cases were reported in the state on Thursday. On Thursday, 2 people died due to Corona virus in Tamil Nadu, after which the death toll rose to 37.
The state Health Department said, “Today 580 Kovid-19 positive cases were reported in Tamil Nadu and two people died due to the epidemic. After this the total corona cases in the state increased to 5409, including 37 deaths. A large number of cases today are linked to Koamedu Bazaar (Chennai). “
According to the health department, so far 1547 people have been cured in Tamil Nadu, after which there are 3822 active cases of corona virus in the state.
