After several days of peace, once again the corona infection caught pace in Meerut today. According to the Health Department report, 52 new cases of corona infection were found in Meerut today while one corona victim also died.
In the testing of 1713 samples conducted today, 52 reports are positive, thus the number of corona infected patients is now 2287 in which 297 patients are also being treated while 1897 people have been discharged after treatment.
A 17-year-old boy from Sarurpur died of corona infection in the city today. The death toll from the corona in Meerut has now risen to 93.
