When employees who work for the organization are provided with timely, regular, and action-oriented feedback, they are able to understand how to succeed at the given job. Feedback also encourages the employees to have a sense of accomplishment and search for more possibilities of contributing well to the company’s growth and development. Positive feedback for the employees is always useful and important for not just the progress of the workers but also the entire company.

It helps them give the security of the job and also plan their future in the company. When providing positive employee feedback, one has to be very clear about what are the specific skills or work that needs praise or appreciation from the manager or employer. Expressing gratitude to the employees for working towards the well-being and advancement of the company is always a good idea in your written letters or emails of positive feedback.
