Microsoft is releasing a preview version (preview version) of Office 2021 for Mac and Office LTSC (Long-Term Servicing Channel) this week. Office LTSC is designed for commercial customers, both versions being sequential versions of Office, which do not depend on subscription or cloud. The Verge reported in its report on Friday that Microsoft announced its plans for Office 2021 in February. The company had announced a Windows version, which would not be available in the preview, would also be released later this year.
Office 2021 for Mac will support both Apple Silicon and Intel-based Macs and will require at least 4 GB of RAM and 10 GB of storage space. It is designed for a static release of Office, but during the preview, there will be monthly updates, which may include new features. Reportedly, once the Office 2021 finale for Mac is out and released, no new features will be added
