Bollywood actress Katrina Kaif has turned to women entrepreneurship by launching her beauty and cosmetic brand Kay Beauty last year. The brand is in association with beauty retailer Nykaa.
Katrina who is a successful Indian actress, wanted to foray into entrepreneurship since 2017.
In a media report, she reveals that initiating a beauty brand was a huge responsibility for her as the make-up brand targets only skin colours, tones and textures of Asia and its products are available only in India.
Through her brand, Katrina aims to encourage people to celebrate their own beauty and unique representation of beauty.
Katrina was also awarded with the Entrepreneur Of The Year trophy at the Nykaa Femina Beauty Awards 2020 for her newly-launched beauty brand.
In another news, Katrina praised her rumoured boyfriend Vicky Kaushal’s latest film Bhoot: Part One by calling it ‘outstanding’ and a ‘must watch’ on Instagram.
