New Delhi; Now people in Japan will be allowed to work for four days instead of five. The Japanese government has presented its annual economic policy guidelines. These include companies allowing their employees to work four days a week instead of five. The aim of the government is to improve the balance between work and life in the country. Under this, the time spent by the employees in the office is being reduced.
The corona virus epidemic has brought a big change in the way Japanese companies work. Politicians want to get the management to agree that some measures like reduced working hours, remote working etc. should be continued even after the end of the epidemic.
Regarding its campaign, the government said that with four working days, companies will be able to retain capable and experienced employees who have to leave their jobs to take care of children or take care of old people. By having four working days in a week, people will also get the benefit of getting additional education or taking any other work apart from their job.
