New Delhi: There was a further decline in gold price in the national capital on Tuesday amid a slight appreciation of the rupee, sources said. According to HDFC Securities, the cost of the yellow material has declined by Rs 314 to Rs 50, 905 per ten grams. The gold price was Rs 51, 209 per ten grams on Monday.
Nevertheless, the COMEX spot price of the yellow material was slightly lower at $ 1,723 per ounce in comparison to $ 1,723.70 an ounce on Monday. The silver price shot up by Rs 760. It was Rs 57, 974 a kilogram, which was Rs 57,214 a kg on Monday. The COMEX spot price of silver was $ 19.80 an ounce. It was $ 19.77 an ounce on Monday.
