Telecom company Airtel has launched Airtel Black service for users. Under this service, users can use postpaid, DTH and fiber (internet) together and their bill will also come in one. Under this, Airtel is giving the facility to the users to use two or more services simultaneously. For all these services, the company is giving users a single customer care number and a dedicated relationship team for priority service.
The special thing is that in this, users are also getting the freedom to choose their own Airtel Black plan. In this, users can combine two or more services into one. The starting price of Airtel Black fixed plan is Rs 998.
Airtel Black plan has become available from today. In the monthly rental plan of Rs 998, the company is offering one DTH and two mobile postpaid connections. At the same time, in the plan of Rs 1349, users are being given three mobile and one DTH connection. If you choose the Airtel Black plan of Rs 1598, you will also get a fiber connection along with two postpaid mobile connections. The most expensive plan of Airtel Black is Rs 2,099. It will get three mobile, one fiber and one DTH connection.
If you do not like the company’s fixed plan, then you can design your own Airtel Black plan. In this you can add two or more services. This facility is not available for Airtel prepaid connections.
Airtel Black plan users will be billed for all services in one go, so that they do not have to make separate bill payments and remember due dates. The company says that it is giving priority customer service to the users of Airtel Black plan, so that users will be able to connect with the customer care representative within 60 seconds. Apart from this, Airtel said that there will be no TV service disconnection for any user of Airtel Black plan. The company is also giving the Xtreme Box set-top box to Airtel Black users with a refund amount of Rs 1500.
