Bollywood actor Shahid Kapoor will be starting work on his upcoming movie Jersey soon.
The shooting of the film had actually started in December last year but had to be stopped due to the coronavirus pandemic.
Now as per a report, the film’s team plans to go to Chandigarh along with Shahid to shoot for the remaining parts of the film by September end.
Jersey is a sports drama film and is being directed by Gowtam Tinnanuri.
Shahid will be seen undertaking cricket training to enact the important scenes of the film.
He will also be seen with his father Pankaj Kapur in the movie.
Jersey is based on a Telugu film which tells the story of a retired cricketer making a comeback to the game.
