Mumbai: Comedian Bharti Singh and her husband Harsh Limbachiya arrested in the drugs case have been sent to judicial custody for 14 days by a Mumbai court. The National Narcotics Department arrested both on charges of possessing and consuming drugs. After which he was presented in court today.
It may be known that the NCB arrested both of them yesterday after 15 hours of questioning. While Bharti was arrested in the morning, Harsh was arrested in the middle of the night at around 12 hours. Both of them have taken the matter of taking drugs. The couple has filed an application for bail, which will be heard on Monday.
On Saturday, the NCB raided three locations, including comedian Bharti Singh’s production office and house, in which the team was raided and 86.5 grams of hemp was recovered from both the places.
