Television actress Ankita Lokhande is currently on cloud nine as she is soon going to get married to businessman Vicky Jain. As the actress also ventured into Bollywood with her debut film Manikarnika and played a good role in Baaghi 3, Ankita is eventually making her presence known in the entertainment world with her hard work, determination, and persistence.

Born on 19 December 1984, Ankita made her television debut in her award-winning role Archana in the show Pavitra Rishta produced by Balaji Telefilms. The television show is aired on Zee TV even now on repeat telecast because that much is the love and adoration for Ankita’s fans for her serial. The serial also marked her acting stint with her then-boyfriend Sushant Singh Rajput and they soon became the adored couple in the television town.

However, things changed when the late actor Sushant Singh Rajput joined Bollywood and both of them parted ways. This led Ankita to get into deep stressful mode however she recovered from the same and decided to venture into Bollywood in 2018. Despite being his ex-girlfriend, Ankita ensured to be on Sushant’s family side when the actor passed away in June 2020. She extended her support to Sushant’s family through her social media posts and also visiting the late actor’s parents at their home. Such is our darling Ankita who let bygones be bygones and accepted reality as it is!
As Ankita has become a household name with the role of Archana from Pavitra Rishta, she didn’t mind coming back to the OTT platform with Shaheer Sheikh for Pavitra Rishta 2 despite having a good career in Bollywood. Pavitra Rishta 2 also showed Ankita’s acting skills on the OTT platform Zee5 for the first time and made every fan of hers believe that Ankita has still a long way to go!
