Bollywood actor and film producer Ajay Devgn has announced a new project, which is going to be on the violent clash that happened between Indian and Chinese soldiers in Galwan Valley.
The clash that happened last month led to the death of 20 Indian soldiers.
The announcement of the new movie project was made by film trade analyst Taran Adarsh on Twitter.
Taran wrote in a tweet, “IT’S OFFICIAL… #AjayDevgn to make film on #GalwanValley clash… The film – not titled yet – will narrate the story of sacrifice of 20 #Indian army men, who fought the #Chinese army… Cast not finalized… Ajay Devgn FFilms and Select Media Holdings LLP will produce the film.”
Recently, Ajay also shared a new post of his upcoming movie Maidaan, which is on sports drama.
The film’s release date has been scheduled for 13 August 2021, which happens to be the Independence Day week.
Maidaan also features Priyamani, Gajraj Rao and the popular Bengali actor Rudranil Ghosh in important roles.
Ajay who recently resumed work to complete the shooting of his upcoming movie Bhuj, is also set to release the same on Disney+ Hotstar due to the coronavirus pandemic.
Bhuj film talks about the 1971 war, which also has Sanjay Dutt and Sonakshi Sinha in main roles.
