
Bollywood superstar Ajay Devgn has come to the rescue of Mumbai’s Dharavi again. He has paid for oxygen cylinders and ventilators that will be used in the new makeshift facility for coronavirus quarantine in Dharavi.
Mumbai’s heart Dharavi opened a new 200-bed facility, which will have 12 nurses, 4 doctors and 20 ward attendants. The facility has been built especially for coronavirus patients.
Ajay was informed by the officials that oxygen cylinders for all 200 beds and two portable ventilators were required and he readily agreed to provide the needed financial help.
Dharavi, Asia’s largest slum is at the epicentre of coronavirus outbreak. The actor extended the financial support through his Ajay Devgn Films Foundation. Earlier also, the actor had donated to Dharavi to help 700 families living in the slum area.
