Tech Desk – Mahindra & Mahindra launched its flagship XUV 700 SUV in Australia. The price of the SUV is $36,990 (approx. ₹30,35,639) in Australia for the AX7 variant.
Notably, the Indian price of this model is ₹20,56,300, which means it costs nearly ₹10 lahks more in Australia. Mahindra & Mahindra is actively working on expanding its network in metropolitan areas.
The model is offered in two trims in Australia – AX7 and AX7L and is available in five color variants. It also offers a warranty of 7 years or 150,000 kilometers.
It features an 8-inch information display in the cabin and support for Amazon Alexa along with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. Keyless entry, 360-degree camera, wireless charging, and more.
Besides that, Mahindra XUV 700 in India is offered in two powertrains- Diesel and Petrol.
2.2-litre mHawk diesel engine comes in two states of tune, producing 155PS of power and 360Nm of torque. The higher state of tune produces 185PS of power and 420Nm of torque.
The 2-liter Turbocharged mStallion petrol engine is the same for all variants and offers 200PS of power and a torque of 380Nm.
