Auto Desk – Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India launched Activa H-Smart in India. It will be available in three trims – Standard, Deluxe, and Smart with a starting price of ₹74,536, ₹77,036, and ₹80,537 respectively.
The company said it will get 5 new patented technology applications. It will come with a smart key feature that allows the rider locks and unlock the scooter without using the physical key. With this smart key, the engine can be started when it is within two meters of the key. It also gets an engine start and stops switch feature.
The Honda Activa H-Smart has a bigger wheelbase, a long footboard area, a new passing switch, and DC LED headlamp. It will offer a comfortable riding experience through the 12-inch front alloy wheels, telescopic front suspension, and adjustable rear suspension.
The scooter will be powered by a 110cc PGM-FI engine, paired with better smart power (ESP) technology, and has an updated ACG starter and friction reduction. programmed fuel injection,
Besides that, the company has recently unveiled its Honda CL300 which comes with a 286cc liquid-cooled engine and can churn out 25.7 hp.
