Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, who has been pushing for Nyay on Tuesday, promised people of poll-bound Kerala that the scheme would be “tested” in the southern state if the party-led UDF is voted to power. Assembly polls in four states and the Union Territory of Puducherry will start from March 27.
