New Delhi: The Election Commission seems to be keeping a close watch on Mamta’s statements only then has given another notice to the Chief Minister of West Bengal, this time this notice was given on the statement against the Central Armed Police Forces deployed on election duty in the state Has gone. The Commission believes that West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee’s statement is prima facie “completely wrong and inflammatory”.

In the notice issued on Thursday night, the Election Commission has said that the Trinamool Congress leader has prima facie violated various sections of the Indian Penal Code and Model Code of Conduct by his remarks against the central forces. The Chief Minister has been asked to respond to the notice by 11 am on Saturday.

The Election Commission said that all the paramilitary forces, including the CRPF, have an important role to conduct elections, from law and order to conduct fair elections. The Commission said that Mamata Banerjee’s allegation is unfortunate, this will raise questions not only during the election but also after the election on the Central Security Forces.

The Election Commission says that Mamata’s statement is a violation of the Election Code of Conduct as well as sections 186, 189 and 505 of the IPC. Mamta Banerjee has asked the Election Commission to respond by 11 am on April 10. The Commission says that action will be taken against Mamata Banerjee if she does not respond.

This is the second notice to Banerjee in the last few days. On Wednesday, it issued him a notice on his alleged appeal for votes along communal lines, stating that it was in violation of the Model Code and the Representation of the People Act.
