Kolkata: In Coochbehar district of West Bengal on Saturday, the CISF allegedly opened fire on the mob that attacked the violence, killing four people. Polling at that polling booth has been postponed based on an interim report of special observers and a detailed report is sought from the Chief Election Commission in the evening. After this bloody violence, the war of words between BJP and TMC has intensified. PM Modi expresses regret over this incident and has called it Mamata Banerjee’s fury.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi said at a rally in Bengal after four people were killed in the CISF firing that Didi, these violence, ways of inciting people to attack security forces, methods of blocking the election process will not save you. He said that this violence cannot protect you from your 10 years of misdeeds. He said that upon seeing his chair go, Didi has come down at this level. But I want to clearly tell Didi, TMC, their goons that the arbitrariness of Didi and TMC will not be allowed to run in Bengal.
Let us tell that after the Cooch Behar incident, a BJP delegation will reach the Election Commission officials by evening.
