Prime Minister Narendra Modi cautioned Uttar Pradesh voters on Friday not to vote for “family-driven phoney Samajwadis” who, he claimed, would cause people to go hungry and terminate all aid to farmers.

Modi said he is pleased that people have decided not to let rioters and the mafia take control of the state while speaking to a virtual ‘Jan Chaupal’ in western Uttar Pradesh, which will go to polls in the first round of the Assembly election.

“You must exercise extreme caution when casting your vote. These family-driven bogus Samajwadis will discontinue providing aid to farmers if they get the chance… These phoney Samajwadis are going to make you hungry “Modi cited. 

He stated that the purpose of these elections is to ensure security, honour, and prosperity. These e;ections are a way to keep history-sheeters out while also allowing for the creation of new history. While attacking the SP, he stated that he is overjoyed that the state will seize the doors for rioters and mafias. 

During its administration, the BJP leadership has frequently targeted the Akhilesh Yadav-led Samajwadi Party for law and order violations.

The Prime Minister also praised the Yogi Adityanath-led BJP government in Uttar Pradesh for establishing the rule of law in the state.

“No one could have predicted that criminals would ever be subdued.” In the twenty-first century, UP requires a government that operates at double-speed all of the time, and only a double-engine government can do so,” he continued.

He also claimed that the upcoming elections in Uttar Pradesh are unique, Modi pointed out that the state has had many elections since independence. He added that the election is unique as it’s about establishing peace in the state and the continuation of progress, good governance, and the rapid growth in Uttar Pradesh.

“Humankind has never faced such a global calamity in 100 years,” he remarked, referring to his government’s actions during the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic (Covid-19). We’ve witnessed the dual benefits of this double-engine even throughout this crisis.”

The Jan Chaupal was designed to reach out to voters in the districts of Meerut, Ghaziabad, Aligarh, Hapur, and Noida.

Between February 10 and March 7, Uttar Pradesh assembly elections will be held in seven stages. In Uttar Pradesh, voting will take place on February 10, 14, 20, 23, 27, and March 3 and 7.
