New Delhi: More than 120 countries of the world including India are vulnerable to deadly corona virus. More than 1,35000 people worldwide are affected by it while more than 5 thousand people have died. 101 people are also infected in India. India declared it a disaster on Saturday. Many states have closed schools, colleges as a precautionary measure.
There has been a sharp increase in cases of corona virus infection in Maharashtra. After the confirmation of new cases of corona virus in Mumbai, Nagpur and Yavatmal on Saturday, the number of people caught in the state has increased to 26 in the province. With this, Maharashtra has now become the most corona-infected state in the country. Kerala is on the second spot with 19 cases. Maharashtra Health Minister Rajesh Tope announced on Saturday evening that all shopping malls in the state would remain closed till March 31. Earlier schools, colleges, cinema halls and gyms have also been closed till March 31.
With 26 cases of corona virus infection in Maharashtra, a total of 96 people in the country are now suffering from this dangerous virus.
