Bengaluru: Corona virus is becoming a major problem for India day by day. Another case has been found positive in India. A positive case of corona virus also in Bengaluru. The man came to India from America. The total number increased to 44. Earlier, after four new cases of corona virus were reported in the country, the total number of infected people reached 43.
Officials of the Union Health Ministry gave this information on Monday. The ministry said that a new case has been reported from Delhi, Uttar Pradesh and Jammu and Kashmir and Ernakulam in Kerala. Also told that no death of Corona virus has been reported in the country so far.
In a statement, the ministry clarified that the person who died in a separate ward of the hospital in Murshidabad district of West Bengal on Sunday was found to be negative in the Covid-19 investigation. She was hospitalized on suspicion of symptoms of corona virus after returning from Saudi Arabia.
Out of a total of 3,003 samples taken for covid-19 screening, 43 were found positive while 2,694 were negative. Among them were three patients from Kerala who were discharged from the hospital after their health improved last month. So far, 8,74,708 international passengers from 8,255 flights have been screened at airports, out of which 1,921 passengers were spotted.
