NewDelhi: Gujarat Elections: All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimen (AIMIM) Chief Asaduddin Owaisi attacked every political party of opposition in Gujarat on Saturday and questioned the "silence" of the Congress party, on the video survey of the Gyanvapi Masjid complex in Varanasi, alleging that they are keeping silent because Muslims are not their vote bank. Who is BJP to intervene in our religious matters when our constitution has given us the right to live according to our culture and follow it?

Today, the issue of Gyanvapi Masjid has been blown up in Uttar Pradesh, various things are being heard about it from all sides, but not a single opposition party or ruling party is speaking in its context, all have kept silent. AAP, Congress, BJP or SP are all fundamentalist parties, they only want to grab the votes of the Muslims but they feel ashamed to stand in their interest. They want Muslims to keep their culture inside their homes and adapt their policies and ideas outside.

Owaisi told Gujarat that India is a country of diversity, it cannot be run on the basis of faith. I am telling the government that we have lost Babri Masjid but we will not lose another mosque. no way. They have snatched the Babri Masjid by the murder of justice and shrewdness, but in the context of Gyanvapi, this will not happen. We cannot lose Gyanvapi. Along with this, Owaisi has made it clear that he will contest elections on many seats in Gujarat and will start a change in Gujarat this time by giving a direct fight to the BJP.

Owaisi is eyeing the Muslim vote bank of Gujarat in the upcoming assembly elections to cement its party position in the state. He knows that Congress is no more a challenger to BJP in Gujarat.
