Big Bazaar cheats customers with fake gift vouchers

Big Bazaar has cheated its customers by giving away gift vouchers worth crores. Big Bazaar's retail showrooms have been taken over by Reliance. It means that in Western Uttar Pradesh and Uttaranchal as well, the showrooms of Big Bazaar have been shut. Big Bazaar's showrooms have been taken over by Reliance. Big Bazaar and Reliance's deal may have benefited either the party or both the parties. However, the customers of Big Bazaar feel cheated as their gift vouchers are now of no use. Their trust in the store has gone haywire as they thought they were winning gift vouchers by purchasing the goods at a lower rate from Big Bazaar. Moreover, the customers were not informed of the important details of the gift vouchers when they got them. Even when the deal between Reliance and Big Bazaar was going on, the customers of Big Bazaar weren't informed of the same. Moreover, they were lured to buy goods at a lowered rate and also win gift vouchers worth crores.

But now as the reports emerge that Big Bazaar has been taken over by Reliance so the officials of Reliance are no longer accepting the gift vouchers from the existing Big Bazaar customers. Big Bazaar Retail Showrooms have seen the notice of the merger overnight. Not just Western Uttar Pradesh and Uttaranchal but many parts of the country see Big Bazaar and Reliance as being responsible for looting customers' faith in them. This merger seems to have been going on since March this year but the customers visiting the Big Bazaar outlets were not given any idea or information about the same. They played with the sentiments of the customers by giving away gift vouchers and increasing their sales. Now as the gift vouchers remain nullified, the customers are left with nothing but bad experiences with Big Bazaar.
