Police stated, “The soldier was assigned to the 8 Garhwal in the KG sector’s Balnoi area along the LoC. A gunshot wound had been inflicted on his body. “We’ve started inquest proceedings under Section 174 of the Criminal Procedure Code,”. A court of inquiry has also been established by the army.
