Chappell said, this time the challenge for India will be tough

Australia’s great cricketer Ian Chappell has said that if the Indian team does not dismiss Steve Smith and David Warner early, then they will not win the Test series in Australia this year.

Ian Chappell said on the show Sony Ten Pit Stop, “I look forward to this series. It will be very interesting. If India beat Australia on the previous tour, then the team will be confident.

“This time the challenge for India will be tough because Smith and Warner will be in the Australian team,” Chappell said. However, the Indian team is capable of playing well in Australian conditions.

India won the first Test series in Australia in 2018-19 under the captaincy of Virat Kohli. At that time, the Australian team did not have Warner and Smith as both were facing restrictions due to ball tampering.

Chappell said, “It is very difficult to beat Australia in his house. He also has an excellent bowling attack. The Indian team can win only if they get Smith and Chappell out cheaply. “He praised Kohli and said that Kohli is the best at the moment when it comes to the players who play all three formats.
