How to stay positive in difficult times

Nowadays, we hear everyone saying this to each other, ‘Be positive, everything will be fine soon’. We are going through a worldwide crisis with people getting infected by the coronavirus here and there, hospitalizations, job layoffs, family arguments, children becoming restless with the stay at home mandate and what not.

Problems seem to be everywhere and THAT ray of hope which is needed is still being searched upon. Some say a vaccine once introduced, will solve all the problems. But why wait so far when all we can do is change our mindset and live at peace?

How is it even possible to shift our thoughts in thinking positive when nothing good is happening nowhere in the world? Well, it’s all about the choice one makes. Yes, you can become blind to the negative things happenings or act like nothing wrong is going on. But sitting with problems or even for that matter, running away is not going to give a solution.

When we all are at home, why don’t you see how the nature is blooming. Just see how the pollutants are getting cleared from the rivers and waters. Earth is feeling refreshed due to the long break it got due to the lockdown.

Humans were on a rat race to achieve more and more. Lockdown gave the time to slowdown and take life each day as it is. We have started to be grateful about things we already have and understand the importance of HUMANITY AND LIFE.

People are now taking their health and relationships seriously over earning materialistic wealth. These are the positive changes that is what one should focus upon to lead a good life.
