As the monsoon has started, it is important to take extra care of your skin, which may suffer from boils, oily skin, prickly heat etc.
This is because with every season comes new challenges to the body and the mind.
You would want to look good and healthy be it any season and hence, according to the changing times, you need to change your daily routine of healthcare too.
Here are some easy tips to keep your skin issues at bay:
1) Wash your face with a soap that suits your body only twice a day. Remaining times, if you feel hot, you can wash your face with just cold water.
2) Do not apply lot of skin-care creams or powders to get a particular skin colour. You know what, you are beautiful the way you are.
3) In order to have natural skin all over your body, you can take three spoons of besan powder, add some water and one spoon of milk to it. Apply it on your body and wash it while bathing.
4) If your skin is getting dried up due to the weather conditions, apply coconut oil on your legs, hands and body before going to bath.
5) Do not get nervous if you are developing any boils or pimples in your face. It is time to look at your diet and sleep patterns.
6) Sleep for 7 to 8 hours at night and reduce oil and lots of chillies in your diet.
