Coronavirus pandemic has given sleepless nights to many. To add to the stress, there is work from home with long hours of shift and household responsibilities that needs to be managed all at one place.
If you are not getting enough sleep during the coronavirus pandemic, here are some tips to help you sleep well.
1) Avoid watching news updates and information on the world or country affairs at night time.
2) Set a sleep schedule. For example, if you sleep at 10 PM, ensure you complete all your activities – be it at home or the office work or taking care of children, everything 20 minutes before and just relax.
3) 8 hours of sleep is mandatory be it a person of any age-group. But since nowadays, work is overwhelming, a recommended 7 hours is a must. So, set your alarm to get up by 5 AM or 6 AM if you close your eyes on the bed at 10 PM.
4) Positive thinking helps a lot to get a good quality sleep. If you believe that everything is happening for the good only, then definitely you will get a good sleep at night that will keep you energetic throughout the next day to carry on with all activities well.
