Know these daily habits to lead a happy life

Happiness is a daily practice. Yes, just like we bathe everyday or give water to plants all 365 days of the year for their survival and betterment, similarly, happiness comes with great commitment towards oneself and others.

Happiness can be achieved if one practices kindness, compassion, acceptance, non-judgement, presence of mind, listening, forgiveness and relaxation on a regular basis.

Let us take each habit one by one. For example, if your maid asks you her salary on 27th of a particular month instead of the last date of the month just because she has to pay school fees of her child, be kind enough to give her hard-earned money with due respect, instead of being a jerk and complainer.

Forgiveness is not at all easy but who are we to keep judging others and to punish them as per their deeds. We all should forgive ourselves first for being unaware about many things in life and also be quick to forgive the mistakes of others because to err, is human.

Just working hard in professional and personal lives is an old-way of living. Relaxation of your mind and body is the new mantra to lead a good and happy life in the modern world.
