1) Exercise 6 days a week on an empty stomach and eat a good breakfast after the workout.

2) Prepare your diet chart as per the weather. So wherever you stay, you need to chalk out a diet plan accordingly. When Masaba stays in a hilly area, she eats three meals a day as the weather is cool and she feels hungrier. Whereas, when she is in Mumbai she only has 2 meals a day without any snacks in between.

3) Masaba said that she doesn’t have faith in fad diets. She does not consume milk but eats dahi once in a while. According to her, keeping diet under control helps in PCOD.

4) Sleeping between 10- 10:30 P.M. and waking up by 6:30- 7 A.M is a good timeline to follow. Also, Masaba doesn’t eat anything after sunset and prefers to drink water.

5) Masaba says that home-cooked meals are always good for health and she has restaurant-cooked meals only once in a while.

Nowadays, women suffer various issues due to stress and anxiety. PCOD can be resolved naturally with home remedies and following a regular lifestyle pattern. Consult with your doctor / nutritionist and things will be fine soon.
