This coronavirus lockdown that been on and off for the past year has actually disturbed the inner rhythms of our body. Like staying at home for months and not socializing much has impacted our mental health like never before. From kids to the elderly, everyone is honestly facing a lot of issues to adjust and be at home with all family members doing their chores and no one getting any privacy to carry on with their routine life as it was in the pre-pandemic times.

Lifestyle at home if not lived happily and in a healthy manner, can lead to issues in the mind, which adds to the stress and increased blood pressure levels. Some people may complain of indigestion and acidity due to sitting for long hours at one place without any physical activities. Women may also face delayed menstrual cycles, increased weight gain, and mood swings due to the disturbance in the body’s inner systems.

Surely you need to consult a doctor immediately if you are going through any illness as a good medical intervention can definitely stop the increase of any major or chronic illness.
