Some common side-effects noticed after getting the coronavirus vaccine are headache, mild fever, body pain, weakness, tiredness, and pain in the area of the injection.

In order the reduce the side effects, one can make some dietary changes for two to three weeks after taking the jab to protect from COVID-19. Also, if one wants to get recovered soon from the side effects of the vaccine, then one can take the following foods to resume normal life soon.

Whole-grain foods such as barley, brown rice, buckwheat, oats are said to promote energy and give you the needed nutrients to reduce your body weakness and tiredness.

Hydrating foods such as strawberries, watermelon, peaches, oranges, cucumber, lettuce are said to reduce body ache and provide flavonoids that can reduce anxiety.

Raw turmeric in a glass of warm milk or turmeric tea can reduce body pain and is said to give you a lot of health benefits to keep you strong.

Green vegetables such as Cauliflower, broccoli, cabbage, spinach, parsley, asparagus, Brussel sprouts, beans are required to be eaten so that you get all the sources of vitamins, potassium, calcium and they can help you recover soon after the post-vaccination.

Eating raw ginger or drinking ginger juice can help you reduce acidity levels and headaches, lower your stress levels and improve your immunity levels.

Make sure to drink 8 to 10 glasses of water every day. It can be warm water or lukewarm water to make you feel good and clear your toxins from the body through urination or bowel movements.
