A new relationship has a lot of new things to bring into your life. Remember if you manage to bring peace and happiness in your new relationship then it can even take to a long-term association with your partner that is fruitful. A new relationship brings a fresh way of romance and passion with your partner. Your boyfriend or girlfriend may or may not be that expressive of how you make them feel directly in the initial stage of your relationship but you need to ensure that they are not hurt emotionally with your speech and actions. Thus, here are some things that you should never do or say in a new relationship in any bad situation.
1) Sharing details about your ex like any memories that you enjoyed or didn’t like is not good if you really consider this new relationship seriously. Unnecessarily comparing with your partner how you loved or hated your ex will create more emotional drama in your new relationship that is really not required. Your new relationship should be based on an understanding and respect of not violating any boundaries by either of the parties.
2) If you don’t like any relative or friend of your partner, do not vent it on them. Telling nasty things about your partner’s relations will make you get an image that you are just unwilling to accept your partner and his relations as they are. It would more complicate your new relationship as you would be seen as someone who is insecure and jealous of your partner.
3) If any of the habits of your partner relate to your ex or any family relatives, you need not keep telling the same to your partner. Don’t make them feel that you like him or her just because he or she is like someone whom you adore. Also, don’t make them choose between you and anything else that matters to him the most in his life as it is a sign of an unhealthy and exploitative relationship.
