An unidentified Drone spotted near Indian High Commission in Pakistan: Sources

New Delhi: An unidentified drone was seen hovering around the complex of Indian High Commission in Islamabad on June 26, sources said here on Friday.

On the same night, two low-intensity explosives were dropped apparently by drones at the Air Force Station in Jammu which left two soldiers injured.

As per the sources, an event was underway at the High Commission when the drone was sighted.

The Indian officials have raised the issue with Pakistan High Commission in New Delhi and asserted threat to their life in Islamabad, the sources added.

This is the first instance of an unidentified drone found flying in Indian High Commission.

Meanwhile, the probe into the attack at the Jammu Air Force Station has been handed to anti-terror agency National Investigation Agency.

The NIA is trying to find the modus operandi of the first-of-its-kind terrorist attack in the country.
