So, I and my friend were chatting over a cup of coffee about how our lives have changed in the last two years. Like it was so tough to even get time to communicate with family members before the pandemic due to busy lifestyles, hectic work schedules, time spent on traveling, and other commitments. But due to the pandemic and cutting down on the travel time and re-prioritizing things and people in our lives, we are now closer to our families than before.

So, while my friend was sharing how she always get anxious when she reads news about COVID-19 and other important topics, I suggested she stay away from the media or at least cut down on the news reading time because it unnecessarily creates anxiety and stress in our lives that could be just avoided to get some sort of peace.

My friend has suggested to me how the world is turning into a life of scams, frauds, digital harassment, trolling, the truth coming out of the bags from the lives of high-profile people, and why we are literally living in KALYUG only. As she was sharing about everything that gets printed on the front page newspaper, I was disturbed by the way the news media has consumed her life and her big eyes and frustrated facial expressions.
It is true that nowadays we are always being updated about how the world is almost like a hell where every day we are told about how bad the world is. There is nothing good that gets reported on the media and there is nothing that we can trust blindly nowadays. Caution is the need of the hour even if you are eating medicine or going on a walk with your money in the purse. However, we need to know that the ACTUAL REALITY of LIFE is not known by the media agencies but only the GOD i.e. the upparwala hi sab jaanta hai sach mein, rest all that we see, hear, and read may or may not be true in totality and will be subject to variations and changes on constant basis.
