Lucknow: The Accused in the murder of Kanpur businessman Manish Gupta in Gorakhpur, Inspector Jagat Narayan Singh’s illegal building was demolished by the Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) on Sunday. LDA officials say that the building was razed on Court’s order. JN Singh is one of the accused of murdering the Kanpur businessman in the hotel in Gorakhpur. The incident took place in September 2021. JN Singh is in jail in the same case and CBI has filed a charge sheet in the case.

The building that was razed on Sunday was in the Chinhut area of the capital city. Zone 1 officer of LDA, Amit Rathore said, A three-storied illegal building was constructed without proper clearance.
Bulldozer is in news again

Why there are no actions against the corrupt officers of the development authorities, who have the responsibility to stop the illegal construction while they started to erect?
