New Delhi: There is currently no improvement in the condition of former President Pranab Mukherjee. The 84-year-old Mukherjee was admitted to the Army Research and Referral Hospital on August 10 and underwent brain surgery. Earlier in the covid-19 investigation, he was confirmed infected.
On August 15, a statement issued to the Army Hospital stated that Pranab Mukherjee’s condition remained the same as before in the morning. He is on ventilator support. Their Vital and clinical parameters are stable and a team of experts is monitoring them.
Abhijeet Mukherjee had tweeted, My father is a fighter and always has been. Treatment is slowly impacting them. I appeal to all the well wishers of my father’s speedy recovery. We need them.
