Lucknow: The Uttar Pradesh government has released a list of 2021 holidays. There are a total of 25 holidays next year. Principal Secretary General Administration Jitendra Kumar has issued an order in this regard. It is a matter of happiness for government employees that next year they will get eight such holidays which will make their weekend long.
In 2021, six holidays will fall on Friday and two holidays on Monday, so eight long weekends can be spent along with Saturday and Sunday. Dussehra is falling on 15 October i.e. Friday. The holiday of Navami on 14 and Dussehra on 15 October, followed by Saturday and Sunday and Baravafat on 19 October, will be on Tuesday i.e. one day Monday holiday and six days can be enjoyed. At the same time, Holi holiday will be on Monday i.e. next day will go to office. Mahashivratri and Moharram are expected to fall on Thursday, that is, one day’s vacation in between can be enjoyed for four days.
